I did say several weeks ago that there may be a "shortage" or drought of new HDA drivers as many OEMs are using UAD/DCH Realtek audio drivers from 2021 and beyond.  all I can find are some older HDA driver versions given to "lesser known" manufacturers like Axiomtek, BCM & Mitac

latest HDA FF00 (nonUAD) WHQL driver is 6.0.9235.1 for 64bit Win10/Win11 only (unless the folks from either DriverMax.com or DriverIdentifier.com can find newer HDA FFxx versions & mention them on their web sites)
for some of my machines running Win7 or Win8.1, I did obtain a 6.0.9232.1 HDA driver from one of those lesser known OEMs (although this one is non-whql but works great for my laptop based win7/win8.x systems)

If I wanted to use newer HDA nonUAD driver versions in 2022 & later, I'll ask Realtek for some

Unofficial Realtek UAD Generic 6.0.9301.1
Due to Realtek not providing regular updates to HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf, it wasn't possible to make a Realtek UAD Generic package for old systems that is 100% WHQL compliant. To workaround this setup installs latest generic WHQL compliant codec components (version 6.0.8924.1 for HDAUDIO devices and 6.0.9268.1 for INTELAUDIO devices) with hardware support application, audio effects and service components taken from latest version and then a force updater is used to replace the old codec components (RTKVHD64.sys and RTAIODAT.DAT) with their latest version.

Due to absence of valid and updated copies of HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf (or equivalents) new hardware IDs introduced since 6.0.8825.1 are at most partially supported and those introduced since 6.0.8925.1 for HDAUDIO and 6.0.9269.1 for INTELAUDIO are completely unsupported.

If force updater fails for INTELAUDIO devices extract HDXRTSST-legacy.zip on Realtek-UAD-generic\Win64\Realtek\Codec_8924 and remove Realtek-UAD-generic\Win64\Realtek\CodecSST_9268 then run setup from scratch. This will downgrade base WHQL codec for INTELAUDIO to 6.0.8924.1.

This release installs Realtek Audio Control app v1.32.261.0 via store, but a newer offline installation package v1.35.264.0 is also available. Installing Realtek Audio Control app from offline package doesn't require admin rights as it installs per user like any Windows store app. Also make sure Windows is set to allow side-loading Windows store apps or installation from offline package will fail.
