thanks for the link to the 10.050 Win10 driver, ex58.
installed that one on a few of my PCs using Realtek PCIe FE/GbE ethernet LAN and this driver worked well.

now waiting for new Win7 & Win8.x LAN drivers from Realtek (7.140, 8.086 or greater)

v10.050 (6/22/2021 re-release), v8.087 & v7.141 available on Realtek web site (posted 6/25/2021)
