Oh, I have an AC9560 so that's probably why. But the INF includes the right hardware ID for the AC9560 so I was able to manually download it from your link and install it on my system. BTW for anyone else who gets a 403 error trying to load Zippyshare - it's because the site is blocked here in the UK and in some other European countries; you can bypass it using Tor Browser.

That's interesting because I service a few systems that have other listed wireless cards and they are not being offered this driver. I wonder this is part of a different branch so you don't get it unless you have installed an older driver from that same branch?

Microsoft maybe hasn't validated yet the driver for the other cards.
They are normally covered with different inf files for installation and different binaries
Netwtw04.inf and the corresponding binary is Netwtw04.sys
Netwtw06.inf and the corresponding binary is Netwtw06.sys
Netwtw08.inf are for Netwtw08.sys and Netwtw10.sys
