No, it's not corrupted, at least not the DCH driver as I just downloaded & installed that from the link provided here. And use English for the ease of understanding & for everyone else.

Downloaded the standard driver from one drive link and it's corrupted, can't run it normal way and can't extract it via winrar/7zip either.
