[DRIVERS] Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs (HDA/UAD)

Unofficial Realtek UAD Generic 6.0.9047.1
Due to Realtek not providing regular updates to HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf, it wasn't possible to make a Realtek UAD Generic package for old systems that is 100% WHQL compliant. To workaround this setup installs latest generic WHQL compliant codec component (version 6.0.8924.1) with hardware support application, audio effects and service components taken from latest version and then a force updater is used to replace the old codec component (RTKVHD64.sys and RTAIODAT.DAT) with its latest version.

Due to absence of valid and updated copies of HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf (or equivalents) new hardware IDs introduced since 6.0.8825.1 are at most partially supported and those introduced since 6.0.8925.1 are completely unsupported.

I've recently made an unofficial 9045 uad gigabyte driver - unlike some of my previous uad gigabyte drivers, this 9045 version is PW protected and I may keep this driver up for a few weeks and then pull it in late November (if and when 9045 uad gets posted on MS Update or if Gigabyte releases something newer than 9045). ask me for the password by sending me a PM.

edit 11/6 - I got a recent report in another forum that my unofficial 9045 uad gigabyte driver does fully fix the BSOD crash problem. you can replug the front panel audio cable onto your Gigabyte X470 board, Æther.

unofficial 9045 Realtek UAD Gigabyte driver re-released on Google Drive without the PW restriction (no password needed for this one) as more manufacturers like ASRock & MSI have released their own versions of the Realtek uad 9045 drivers - I will skip the 9047 version though.

I'm afraid you're stuck with the 8750.1 UAD WHQL DTS driver for your ASRock X470 Taichi board, lightmirrors.
contact ASRock support or post in the ASRock forum and see if they will produce a newer specific UAD DTS driver for the X470 board.

also what is the Realtek hardware ID number on the X470 Taichi board?
use this site on how to gather the hardware device ID in Device Manager.
