[DRIVERS] Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs (HDA/UAD)

Unofficial Realtek UAD Generic 6.0.9180.1
Due to Realtek not providing regular updates to HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf, it wasn't possible to make a Realtek UAD Generic package for old systems that is 100% WHQL compliant. To workaround this setup installs latest generic WHQL compliant codec component (version 6.0.8924.1) with hardware support application, audio effects and service components taken from latest version and then a force updater is used to replace the old codec component (RTKVHD64.sys and RTAIODAT.DAT) with its latest version.

Due to absence of valid and updated copies of HDXRTU.CAT, HDXRT.inf, HDXRTSST.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf (or equivalents) new hardware IDs introduced since 6.0.8825.1 are at most partially supported and those introduced since 6.0.8925.1 are completely unsupported.

This release comes with an update for Realtek Audio UWP app. Open Windows Store and do a check for updates to get Realtek Audio Control 1.27.252.0 right away or wait for Windows store to pull it.

On systems without Windows Store use the offline installation package of Realtek Audio Control app.

6.0.9180.1 Gigabyte or 6.0.9192.1 Gigabyte

guess you have not figured out how to make either a 9180 or 9191 Gigabyte version, haahaahaa (9192 does not exist, btw)

since 9175, realtek added one new 1458xxxx SSID for gigabyte in 9180 (1458fa87) while 9191 & greater have several new 1458 subsystem IDs

fortunately I do have an unofficial 6.0.9180.1 UAD Gigabyte version available which I mentioned in another forum a while ago ( download here )
I will have a 9191 uad gigabyte version after the 4th of July weekend (maybe July 5 or 6) as I have not yet tested 9191 on my Gigabyte board

Regarding Realtek FTP server, it looks we have been kicked out accoordinng to Filezilla:

Same error if I input random username and password.

hi pal1000. regarding this old comment from last year, it seems Realtek eventually took the ftp3.realtek.com site offline permanently sometime in year 2021 (FTP client apps like Filezilla and WinSCP recently generate different error messages that it cannot find nor connect to this server [different error messages than error 530], Filezilla also said Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known"). so this realtek ftp site (and its ip address) is now dead
