That's the same version that you've posted here 4 days ago. What's the difference? Publisher name in WHQL certification?ex58 wrote: Realtek PCIe LAN Win10_10.046 WHQL

YES, SM-003
the non-WHQL (beta) and WHQL versions of 10.046 rt640x86.sys & rt640x64.sys have different dates & file sizes
non-WHQL versions of those files have only Realtek digital signatures
WHQL'ed versions have both Realtek & Microsoft digital signatures as I checked the file properties
ask MrPepka yourself as to why he could not use the non-WHQL 10.0.46 version on his machine as it was blocked on there
the newly WHQL'ed one should work on any machine using Realtek LAN hardware

Yeah, got it. After posting here, I myself downloaded & installed that to crosscheck. Still, thanks to everyone for the respective replies & confirming that fact here.ex58 wrote: And in the first post (4 days ago) is included also drivers for Win7 & 8.
Second post only Win10 (WHQL).
Kindly mentioned all these Infos (WHQL & Not, Win10 only or Win10+Win7 etc) in your original post at first place while posting any driver for better clarification for everyone.

After installing the driver certified by Realtek, you need to select another one (the generic from windows for example) inside the Device Manager. Then remove the 10.046 by realtek with DriverStoreExplorer.
You can then install the WHQL version and it will be ok.
