I have version 6.3.0 does not want to work and writes the error "failed to initialize the application". The previous version 6.2.1 works.

When i read about those probs, then i am so happy i changed my Storages completely to Western Digital....BTW i got for both NVME's new firmwares the last month. They do something at least for the customers.....

Wait. Maybe its the same like with Logitech app. Deinstall all visual basics. Then, do ccleaner. Then install the app. Does that work, then? Afterwards, you can use this:

Download this visual basics installer. And install after.
