Asus ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO 2 x Intel I225-V

The first NIC updated fine from 1.68, the second NIC update hung for over an hour, so i had to terminate via Task Manager.

Now, if I try to flash 1.89 I get the message: Shared Flash image update FAILED! Pointers in Shadow RAM are corrupted.
The same message with the backup dump.

nvmupdatew64e.exe -i -l yourlogname.log for the second NIC:

[00:007:00:00]: Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V
    Vendor                 : 8086
    Device                 : 15F3
    Subvendor              : 8086
    Subdevice              : 0000
    Revision               : 3
    LAN MAC                : 000000000000
    Alt MAC                : 000000000000
    SAN MAC                : 000000000000
    ETrackId               : 00000000
    SerialNumber           : F02F74FFFFCB1xxx
    NVM Version            : N/A(N/A)
    PBA                    : N/A
    VPD status             : Corrupted
    VPD size               : 0
NVM update             : No config file entry
      checksum             : Invalid

EEUPDATE:

 2: EEPROM Image Version: Unversioned

Device Manager:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

NIC Driver:

2.1.3.3

Now I know, the second NIC is most likely bricked, but has anyone any ideas how to fix this?

Nevermind, fixed it by using nvmupdatew64e with the -f (force) command.
