where do I get the configuration file need to update? I don't see any where I can click to download it on that page, and what the files name would look like?

The dump you made IS the configuration.

so if it like this, it's not gonna break my a1 during update right?

Ok take the firmware pack then the configuration file and select it in the update utility as below
