This 8351 driver ruin my system (z790). It's cause no boot even in safe mode.

Surely a problem when updating the system because the pack does not install drivers but simply an update of the branches of the chipset (inf)

Makes no sense, the "drivers" do not install any binaries.
How was the driver installed? Setup program or manually by device manager?

the pack reinstalls the main peripherals (usb, pcie, ...) and therefore surely causes a problem during the redetection of the peripherals of the branches and therefore of the drivers for some like the NVMe which has an influence on the boot or the graphics chipsets or everything other peripherals connected to the main chipset

On my Z690, no worries, it probably only affects the Z790 or the Serie 700 (13th gen RaptorLake)
